What counts as an API request?
Any successful request to /v1/* endpoints. Webhook deliveries outbound from us don't count toward your quota.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with proration. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, every paid plan starts with 7 days free. You are not charged until the trial ends.
Do you offer discounts for startups or nonprofits?
Yes. Apply with a 1-line email describing your use case and we'll usually get back the same day.
What happens if I hit my rate limit?
Requests return 429 with a `retry-after` header. Upgrade or wait until the next window — we never silently drop requests.
